Before applying to be a team at UNC Health, you must first be registered with an organization listed on the Tar Heal Paws website. Select your organization below. (Required)

* I understand that I will need to obtain a criminal background check from a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) chosen by UNC Health and I authorize UNC Health access to those results.

* I understand by completing this application that I agree to a minimum of 1 year of service with UNC Health and to 2 visits/month.

* I understand that my application will be kept active for 90 days. After that tme, if I am still interested in volunteering, I will need to reapply.
